Trace founded Trismax in 2001 with a passion for building innovative business solutions. By steering his company through the dot-com bust and economic downturn, Trace and his team have created the most efficient project methodology that enables Trismax to not only successfully exceed client expectation, but over deliver while still being under budget. Prior to founding Trismax, Trace was assigned as Regional Director of Professional Services at Intershop Communications (FWB: ISH2) where he grew a team from ground up to over 6 million in revenue within a year. Prior to Intershop, Trace worked as project manager for KPMG Consulting (now Bearingpoint) where he successfully delivered large enterprise CRM projects for Fortune 500 clients such as Agilent, HP, and Cadence. Trace started his career as a software and firmware engineer in the telecommunication industry. Trace holds 2 Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison. Trace is also an avid rock climber and award winning music composer.


As the Chief Technical Architect, Chris is instrumental in helping Trismax clients to choose and deploy the best suited technology. Under his project management, he has helped Trismax successfully deliver many projects with fortune 100 companies such as Apple and Disney. Chris came to Trismax from Sunrise Telecomm where he design the architecture for their next generation handheld cellular test equipment. Prior to Sunrise, Chris was a Senior Engineer for Hewlett Packard (NYSE: HPQ) where he was part of the core operating system R&D team for the Non-Stop Mainframe Server that was used by all major financial institutions. Chris established his technical foundation at Anritsu Company (TSE: 6754), where he was the head software and firmware engineer in developing the de-facto standard for field testing of cellular networks that was their top selling wireless signal analysis products. Chris graduated from University of California, Davis in Computer Science and Engineering.


Kevin leads technical development team at Trismax. Kevin is the bridge between business process team and his team of project managers and developers. Under him, product and project blue print becomes reality. Kevin came to Trismax after working in the IT consulting industry for more than 10 years. He was a project manager for Unisys where he leads a project team providing large banking CRM solutions to many Global Fortune 500 financial companies. Prior to Unisys, he was project manager for Peace System and Intershop Communications. Kevin holds a B.S. degree from National Taipei University of Technology and is a strong hands on technical programmer in Java/J2EE, .NET C#, PHP, and Xcode. Kevin is also experience network engineer with Cisco certifications, CCNA, CCNP and CCIE.

Mr. Ivan Yang
Ivan is the Founder & CEO of Trismax's affiliate company Accentrix IT Consulting. Accentrix IT Consulting is a fast growing IT Consulting Firm specializing in customer-centric enterprise solutions that help clients succeeds in discovering, understanding, and retaining their customers. Accentrix offers a wide range of professional services in both business automation and technical innovation that strategically streamline customer required processes. Accentrix currently has 2 consulting offices in the world, Hong Kong, United States and a Research and Development Center in Guangzhou, China. With 15 years of consulting experience, Ivan has been advising Trismax since it was founded.
Dr. Yao-Ting Wang
Dr. Yao-Ting Wang is an experienced entrepreneur and technology visionary. Wang has successfully co-founded two successful technology startup companies in Silicon Valley. In 1995, Wang co-founded Numerical Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:NMTC). As the Chief Technology Officer and Senior VP of Engineering, Wang was active in company operations and helped take the company public in 2000. The company was later acquired by Synopsys, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNPS) in 2003. In 2004, Wang co-founded Clear Shape Technologies, Inc. and was the Chairman and Chief Technology Officer. The company was acquired by Cadence (NASDAQ:CDNS) in August of 2007. Wang is a Consulting Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University since 2004. He holds more than 50 issued patents. Wang received his Ph.D. and M.S. in electrical engineering from Stanford University, and his B.S. in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University. Currently, Wang is the co-founder of Darwin Management, Inc.
Dr. Herbert Chang
Herbert Chang General Partner Herbert Chang is the General Partner of PTI Ventures. Before joining PTI, Herbert was a founder and Vice Chairman of KG Telecommunications Co. Ltd., (KGT), one of the newly-started wireless service providers in Taiwan (1996-2000). Before that, he was Vice Chairman and EVP of AT&T China (1995-1996). From 1984-1995, Herbert worked on a variety of leadership and management assignments with AT&T for the market entry and growth in Asia/Pacific.
Mr. Phil Lin
Phil is currently the founder and chairman of Prime Networks, Ltd which brings a next generation content delivery network (CDN) solving the challenges of content delivery in the world's most dynamic markets. Its full suite of CDN services and proprietary, patent pending technologies offers customers significant improvements in flexibility, performance and value. Prime Networks was founded to solve the fundamental problems in global content distribution, with a particular focus on the unique challenges of distribution in difficult but important markets like Asia. Phil is also an adjunct professor at Stanford University, Tsinghua University and Columbia University. He also serves as special advisor for many high tech companies. Phil's specialties are Private Equity, Venture Capital, Business Development, Corporate Development, Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisition, and Negotiation.
